1. Price & Payment
Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers; (2) Credit Card/ Debit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard)
2. Delivery Schedule
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Go Pet Grocer is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedules.
Order will shipped out in 3 - 5 working days within Malaysia once order is confirmed, paid and processed.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items or services being rendered. Once you place your order, your order is final, non-cancellable and non refundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale. If Go Pet Grocer cancels your order due to unavailability of the item you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without any additional charges.
4. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force major for which we will not be responsible.
5. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Go Pet Grocer be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event that Form-on is held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.
7. Change to the “Terms”
Go Pet Grocer reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your order and ask for a refund.
8. Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
9. Return Policy
All items purchased online or in our stores can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. Refunds will be in the form of store credit, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s and we accept exchange of size for ready stock items.
10. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
11. Discount Codes
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
12. Customs and import tax
As customs and import fees vary, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please check with your customs and import authority for more details.
If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you and you will not receive the full amount you paid for the order. Please also note that any refunds will be made in store credits to your membership account.
